Modified Menu Options:

Foods such as lean proteins, healthy fats, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates will make up these dishes by modifying the weekly menu to accommodate this protocol.
Bulking Protocol- This protocol will aid in muscle gain by increasing protein and caloric intake, incorporating high fat products and complex carbohydrates, and eliminating foods that cause inflammation, sugars, and processed ingredients. This protocol will modify the weekly menu to aid in long-term muscle gain.
